Five More Benefits of Hoodia Gordonii

Much has been written about the Hoodia gordonii plant and its benefits. Several well-known personalities have touted the benefits of Hoodia for weight loss and the world seems to have embraced it as the weight loss supplement of the future. The Hoodia plant has been in existence for thousands of years but the public was not aware of the benefits of the plant until the mid 1960’s. It took more than 30 years and a ton of money to find the molecule in that plant that curbed the appetite. They called it p57. Not every plant in the Hoodia family carries the p57 molecule. The public should be careful when buying Hoodia products because there are many fake supplements on the market.
